As a team of a carpenter and an interior designer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, we understand how to make guests interested, feel welcomed, and well-taken care of.
Like our other packages, this service package is individual and depends on your specific goals.
In the process, we will guide you through fixing maintenance issues that might cause a lot of expenses and headaches in the long term if not fixed on time.
For any renovation works that the property might require, such as kitchen and bathroom renovations, we will project manage and consult you on design, colour, and functionality.
If blinds, carpet, doors, light fixtures, or else, need to be updated, we can take care of this too.
Airbnb property styling
Most importantly, to make your accommodation intriguing by giving it personality, we will develop a concept that will include everything.
From interior design or styling, welcome packages, renovations, and landscaping, to any additional activities or services you may want to offer your guests. We can even create for you the online listing. You will only need to take over from there and start welcoming guests!
The Preparing House for Accommodation package might include (but is not limited to):

This package includes all trade services. We can also decide on paint colours to create a feel-good environment. If you need your property furnished, we can pick, buy and install the items for you.
We are flexible with our services. This means we will do as much or as little as you need us to do. If you need help with something else that is not included in the list, just let us know.
